Solidion Technology, Inc. Appoints New Directors and Updates Board Committees
Solidion Technology, Inc. announced the appointment of three new independent directors: Kimi L. Ellen, Mark N. Schwartz, and Dante W. Robinson. This expansion increases the Board size from four to seven members. The new directors bring significant financial, audit, and governance expertise to the company. Ms. Ellen, a CPA and NACD Certified Director, will serve on the Compensation and Audit Committees. Mr. Schwartz, with extensive experience in corporate finance and IPOs, will chair the Compensation Committee and serve on the Audit Committee. Mr. Robinson, a CPA and qualified financial expert, will serve on the Nominating and Governance Committee and the Audit Committee. These appointments are expected to enhance the company's expertise as it advances its battery materials and commercialization strategies. The company also announced updates to its board committee compositions and has regained compliance with Nasdaq listing rules regarding audit committee composition. Non-employee directors will receive an annual grant of RSUs valued at $100,000 and quarterly cash compensation for committee service.
