Sensata Technologies Holding PLC Q2 2026 Financial Results

Sensata Technologies Holding PLC reported its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026. Revenue increased by 5.0% to $990.6 million, with organic revenue up by 4.4%. Operating income rose by 19.8% to $165.4 million, and adjusted operating income increased by 8.0% to $193.3 million. Diluted earnings per share (EPS) grew by 70.7% to $0.70, while adjusted EPS increased by 12.6% to $0.98. Net cash provided by operating activities was $210.0 million, and free cash flow was $186.4 million. The company returned $17.5 million to shareholders through dividends and completed a $400 million debt tender offer. For the third quarter of 2026, Sensata expects revenue between $957 million and $987 million, and adjusted EPS between $0.93 and $0.97.
