Shutterstock, Inc. held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on December 22, 2025. A quorum was present with 31,293,114 shares represented. The stockholders elected three Class III director nominees: Jonathan Oringer, Rachna Bhasin, and Jaime Teevan, all to serve until the 2028 Annual Meeting.
