Simpple Ltd. Appoints New Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm

Simpple Ltd. announced a change in its independent registered public accounting firm. Effective September 22, 2026, the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors approved the engagement of TQ International, PLLC as the Company's new independent registered public accounting firm. Concurrently, the company dismissed Audit Alliance LLP, its previous independent auditor. The company stated that there were no disagreements or reportable events with Audit Alliance LLP during the fiscal years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024, and up to the dismissal date.
