SIMPPLE LTD. announced the appointment of Mr. Ho Hin Yip as an independent director, effective April 1, 2026. Mr. Ho will also serve as the chairperson of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and as a member of the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee. Mr. Ho brings extensive financial and directorial experience, having held positions at various publicly listed companies. Concurrently, SIMPPLE LTD. has relocated its principal place of activities to Block G #01-00 BCA Braddell Campus, 200 Braddell Road, Singapore 579700, also effective April 1, 2026.
