Sohu.com Q1 2026 Financial Results: $141M Revenue, $4M Net Loss

Sohu.com Limited reported unaudited financial results for Q1 2026 with total revenues of $141 million, up 4% year-over-year but down 1% quarter-over-quarter. The company posted a GAAP net loss of $4 million, compared to net income of $182 million in Q1 2025 and $223 million in Q4 2025. Online game revenues grew 6% year-over-year to $125 million, while marketing services declined 8% to $13 million. Non-GAAP net loss was also $4 million. The company maintains strong liquidity with approximately $1.2 billion in cash, cash equivalents, and investments. Sohu repurchased 8.7 million ADSs for approximately $116 million under its share buyback program. For Q2 2026, Sohu expects continued challenges with projected marketing services revenues of $13-14 million and online game revenues of $104-114 million, forecasting a net loss of $15-25 million.
