Sonida Senior Living Appoints Anton Nikodemus as Executive VP and COO

Sonida Senior Living, Inc. announced the appointment of Anton Nikodemus as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, effective June 15, 2026. Nikodemus, age 62, brings over 30 years of experience in entertainment and hospitality, previously serving as President and CEO of Seaport Entertainment Group and holding senior roles at MGM Resorts International. His employment agreement provides for an annual base salary of at least $550,000, a target bonus of 100% of base salary, and eligibility for equity awards under the company's incentive program. The agreement includes up to $50,000 in relocation expenses and contains standard non-competition, non-solicitation, and confidentiality provisions. Nikodemus will report to the President and CEO and is required to relocate to the Dallas metropolitan area within one year.
