Solid Power, Inc. 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

On May 20, 2026, Solid Power, Inc. held its 2026 annual meeting of stockholders. The meeting saw the election of three Class II directors: Steven Goldberg, Aleksandra Miziolek, and MaryAnn Wright.
