Skillsoft Corp. Announces Financial Results for Q4 and Full Year Fiscal 2026

Skillsoft Corp. reported its financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year ended January 31, 2026. For the fourth quarter, total revenue was $131 million, a slight decrease from the prior year. Talent Development Solutions revenue remained flat at $103 million, while Global Knowledge revenue decreased to $28 million. The company reported a net loss of $37 million for the quarter. However, Adjusted EBITDA increased to $31 million, and Free Cash Flow significantly improved to $27 million. For the full fiscal year 2026, total revenue was $513 million, with a net loss of $140 million. Adjusted EBITDA was $110 million, and Free Cash Flow was $6 million. Skillsoft highlighted the general availability of its next-generation Percipio Platform and the increasing adoption of its AI tools. The company provided a financial outlook for the TDS Segment for fiscal year 2027, with expected revenue between $388 million and $406 million, and Adjusted EBITDA between $108 million and $116 million.
