Skyline Builders Group Holding Limited Announces Changes to Board of Directors

Skyline Builders Group Holding Limited has announced changes to its board of directors, effective March 31, 2026. Mr. Vuk Jeremic has been appointed as an independent director. Mr. Jeremic brings extensive experience in international relations, public policy, and finance, having served as President of the Center for International Relations and Sustainable Development, Editor-in-Chief of Horizons magazine, and Professor of Practice at Sciences Po. He has also held advisory roles at Eurasia Group and Partners Group, and previously served as Serbia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and President of the 67th session of the UN General Assembly. Mr. Jeremic holds degrees from Cambridge University and Harvard University. Concurrently, Mr. Jacob Rowe has resigned from his position as an independent director for personal reasons, with no disagreements with the Company. The company believes Mr. Jeremic’s qualifications will be valuable to the board.
