SITE Centers Corp. Repays Loan Agreement

On December 18, 2025, SITE Centers Corp. announced the full repayment of all outstanding amounts under its Loan Agreement dated August 7, 2024. The agreement was with certain subsidiaries of the Company and affiliates of Atlas SP Partners, L.P. and Athene Annuity and Life Company. The principal amount outstanding at the time of repayment was approximately $64.0 million. This termination of a material definitive agreement is reported on Form 8-K, filed on December 22, 2025.
