Resignation of CFO

Jennifer Wilson, Chief Financial Officer of SIFCO Industries, Inc., has notified the Board of Directors of her intention to resign from her position, effective February 20, 2026. Her resignation is not due to any disagreements with the company. The Board plans to appoint a successor before her departure.
