Shoals Technologies Group, Inc. 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

Shoals Technologies Group, Inc. held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on April 30, 2026. Shareholders elected nominees for director for a one-year term expiring in 2027. The nominees elected were Ty Daul, Jeannette Mills, Niharika Taskar Ramdev, Lori Sundberg, and Toni Volpe. Additionally, the shareholders approved, on a non-binding advisory basis, the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers (say-on-pay). Finally, the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2026, was ratified.
