Shore Bancshares, Inc. Appoints B. Scot Ebron as Bank President

Shore Bancshares, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has appointed B. Scot Ebron as President of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shore United Bank, N.A. Mr. Ebron, 57, who has been the Bank's Chief Banking Officer since July 1, 2023, and previously served as Chief Banking Officer of The Community Financial Corporation, has also been appointed to the Bank's Board of Directors. James M. Burke will continue as Chief Executive Officer of the Bank and President and Chief Executive Officer of Shore Bancshares, Inc. The appointment is effective June 15, 2026. The company also noted that Mr. Ebron has extensive experience and a strong reputation within the banking industry, having worked with Mr. Burke for over three decades. Shore Bancshares, Inc. is a financial holding company headquartered in Easton, Maryland, which also engages in trust and wealth management services.
