Safe and Green Development Corporation Changes Name to RenX Enterprises Corp.

Effective December 19, 2025, Safe and Green Development Corporation officially changed its name to RenX Enterprises Corp. This change was enacted by filing a Certificate of Amendment to its Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of Delaware. The company also amended and restated its Bylaws to reflect the new name. These changes, approved by the board of directors, did not require stockholder approval. Concurrently, the company’s common stock began trading on The Nasdaq Stock Market under the new ticker symbol “RENX,” effective December 19, 2025.
