Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. Announces Annual Meeting Voting Results

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. held its annual meeting of stockholders on May 20, 2026. The stockholders voted on four proposals: the election of two Class I directors, an advisory vote on executive compensation (say-on-pay), an advisory vote on the frequency of say-on-pay votes (say-on-frequency), and the ratification of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal year 2026.
