Amendment to Senior Secured Term Loan Agreement

Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. (the “Company”) and certain of its subsidiaries have entered into Amendment No. 1 to its senior secured term loan agreement, dated March 16, 2026. This amendment provides for additional commitments of $200 million under the Term Loan Agreement, in addition to the existing $300 million. These additional commitments are available for a single borrowing until October 8, 2026, subject to customary conditions.
