Appointment of New Directors
Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) announced the appointment of Paul Eremenko and Admiral Michael Rogers (USN Retired) to its Board of Directors, effective April 8, 2026. This expands the board from eleven to thirteen members. Both appointees will serve on the Audit Committee and the Technology Committee. Mr. Eremenko brings extensive experience in advanced engineering, AI, and technology leadership from roles at P-1 AI, Universal Hydrogen Co., UTC, Airbus, and Google. Admiral Rogers, a retired four-star Navy officer, has a distinguished career in military operations, cyber operations, and intelligence, having served as Director of the NSA and Commander of U.S. Cyber Command. Both directors will receive standard compensation for non-employee directors and will participate in the Companyβs Deferred Compensation Plan. Their appointments were not based on any arrangements with other parties, and there are no related-party transactions to report.
