Seabridge Gold Inc. KSM Project Designated as Priority Project by Province of British Columbia

Seabridge Gold Inc. announced that its KSM Project has been designated as a provincial priority project by the Province of British Columbia. This designation is intended to support strategic, job-creating developments and will provide the KSM Project with dedicated provincial permitting coordination and support, aiming to streamline and expedite permitting timelines. The KSM Project is noted as one of the world's largest undeveloped copper and gold projects, with significant proven and probable reserves. The Province's decision recognizes the project's scale, economic potential, and alignment with the "Look West" strategy. Seabridge Gold Chair and CEO Rudi Fronk expressed optimism that this designation will facilitate responsible development, emphasizing continued close collaboration with local communities and Indigenous groups.
