This agreement facilitates the deployment and support of the HanLink Chinese Learning Platform in Saudi Arabia. Link Door will provide a one-year platform license, deployment, training, and technical support. HanLink, an AI-assisted Chinese language learning platform, aims to support Chinese language instruction through various digital tools and features. This partnership is expected to drive HanLink's commercialization in Saudi Arabia, with Ruanyun's Saudi Regional Headquarters providing support services. The agreement is considered a related party transaction as Link Door is significantly owned by Ruanyun's CEO and CTO. The company also mentioned its planned transition to the Formind Group name.
