Ryanair Holdings plc Transactions in Own Shares

Ryanair Holdings plc announced that between March 30, 2026, and April 2, 2026, the company purchased a total of 7,500 ordinary shares for cancellation. Additionally, 454,920 ordinary shares underlying American Depositary Shares were purchased. The purchases were made as part of the company's ongoing share buy-back program, details of which were initially announced on May 20, 2025. These transactions are in accordance with EU Regulation No. 596/2014. Weekly announcements will be made regarding purchases under the buyback program. All repurchased shares will be cancelled.
