Ryanair Holdings plc announced that from August 24, 2026, to August 28, 2026, the company purchased a total of 205,259 ordinary shares for cancellation. Additionally, 138,416 ordinary shares underlying American Depositary Shares were purchased. These transactions are part of the company's ongoing share buy-back program, details of which were initially announced on May 20, 2025. The company will continue to announce weekly updates on purchases made under this program. All repurchased shares will be cancelled, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
