Appointment of CEO, North America

Rentokil Initial plc announces the appointment of Rafael "Rafa" Carrasco as Chief Executive Officer, North America, effective August 3rd. Carrasco brings extensive leadership experience from his tenure at WM (formerly Waste Management, Inc.), where he held significant roles including President of WM Healthcare Solutions and Senior Vice President of Strategy. His background includes managing large-scale, route-based service operations, executing recurring revenue models, and leading major integration initiatives like the $7.2 billion Stericycle acquisition. Alain Moffroid, the interim CEO for North America, will remain with the company to support Carrasco during the transition and will stay with the Company through the end of 2027.
