Riskified Ltd. has successfully completed a privately negotiated share repurchase agreement with funds affiliated with Pitango Venture Capital. The agreement involved the repurchase of 1,000,000 Class A Ordinary Shares for $4.26 per share, totaling approximately $4.3 million.
