Rithm Property Trust Inc. (the Company) announced on December 19, 2025, its acquisition of an indirect minority interest in Paramount Group Operating Partnership LP (PG Operating Partnership) as part of the closing of Rithm Capital Corp.’s acquisition of Paramount Group, Inc. The Company, through its subsidiary RPT PGRE Holdings LLC, invested $50.0 million in cash for approximately 3.9% of the limited partnership interests in Rithm PGRE Aggregator LP and Rithm PGRE Aggregator II LP. These entities were formed by Rithm Capital to own 100% of the PG Operating Partnership, which holds a portfolio of ten commercial real estate properties.
