Amendment to Secured Letter of Credit Facility

RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. announced an amendment to its secured letter of credit facility. The amendment, effective December 22, 2025, extends the Availability End Date to December 31, 2026, and the Expiry Date to December 31, 2027. The facility, provided by Citibank Europe Plc, allows for aggregate letters of credit up to $320 million, with a potential increase to $350 million under certain conditions. All other terms of the original facility letter remain unchanged. This amendment was entered into by Citibank Europe Plc and several RenaissanceRe subsidiaries: Renaissance Reinsurance Ltd., DaVinci Reinsurance Ltd., RenaissanceRe Specialty U.S. Ltd., and Renaissance Reinsurance of Europe Designated Activity Company.
