Arcadia Biosciences, Inc. 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

At the Arcadia Biosciences, Inc. annual meeting of stockholders on December 19, 2025, approximately 51% of the outstanding shares were represented. Stockholders voted on three proposals.
