Form 8-K Filing - Officer Changes

Regional Health Properties, Inc. reported that Mark Stockslager resigned from his positions as Chief Financial Officer, Principal Financial Officer, and Principal Accounting Officer, effective April 6, 2026. His resignation was not due to any disagreements with the company. Mr. Stockslager will continue to advise the company during a transition period. Brent Morrison, Chairman, CEO, and President, has assumed the Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer roles on an interim basis until a successor is appointed. There are no changes to Mr. Morrison's compensation in connection with these additional duties.
