RH Announces Executive Appointments

RH has announced two key executive appointments. Sandy Pilon has been promoted to Chief Customer Experience & Values Officer, where she will oversee various customer-facing and operational teams. Pilon has been with RH for 18 years, previously serving as Chief People Officer. Ryan Hassanein has been appointed as Chief Legal & Compliance Officer, responsible for all legal and compliance functions, including product safety and vendor compliance. Hassanein brings over ten years of experience from McKesson Corporation. Both Pilon and Hassanein will report to CEO Gary Friedman and are expected to contribute to RH's growth and international expansion. These announcements were made on July 23, 2026.
