CFO Transition and Appointment of Interim CFO

Resources Connection, Inc. announced that Jennifer Y. Ryu has resigned as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 2, 2026. Jessica Block, currently the Chief AI Officer, will assume the role of interim Chief Financial Officer to ensure continuity. Ms. Block joined RGP in March 2026 and brings over 20 years of experience in professional services, including leadership roles in growth, technology-driven change, and operational transformation. She previously served as interim CFO at Factor and held senior leadership positions at Ankura Consulting and FTI Consulting. Her expertise in leading global businesses and technology is expected to support RGP during this transition and in advancing its AI strategy. The company will search for a successor to Ms. Ryu.
