STORY3 Capital Partners Discloses 12.8% Stake in Rent the Runway Following CEO Resignation

On May 13, 2026, STORY3 Capital Partners, LLC and its affiliates filed a Schedule 13D/A regarding their investment in Rent the Runway, Inc. (RENT). The reporting persons, including S3 RR Aggregator, LLC, Rising Sons Capital, LLC, and Peter Comisar, collectively hold 4,274,394 shares of Class A Common Stock, representing a 12.8% ownership stake. This amendment follows the announced resignation of Jennifer Hyman as CEO, President, and director of the Issuer, effective May 15, 2026.
