Report of Voting Results for The Real Brokerage Inc.

The Real Brokerage Inc. held its annual general meeting of shareholders on May 29, 2026. The meeting saw 66.72% of outstanding shares represented. Shareholders approved setting the number of directors at nine. All nine director nominees were elected, with votes for each ranging from 94.66% to 99.67%.
