Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited - Sale of Wholly Owned Subsidiary

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited has entered into an agreement to sell its entire shareholding in its wholly owned subsidiary, Svaas Wellness Limited, on April 7, 2026. This transaction will result in Svaas Wellness Limited ceasing to be a subsidiary of Dr. Reddy's. The turnover of Svaas Wellness Limited for FY 2025 was Rs. 28.5 Crore, representing approximately 0.09% of the consolidated turnover. The sale consideration is INR 2.23 Crore, and the buyer is Enspirit Technology Services Private Limited, which is not a related party to Dr. Reddy's. The transaction is not considered a related party transaction and is conducted at arm's length. The completion date for the sale is also April 7, 2026.
