Republic Bancorp, Inc. Officer Change

On July 16, 2026, William R. Nelson resigned from his position as President of the Republic Processing Group (RPG) to pursue an opportunity with an RPG customer. He is expected to remain with Republic Bancorp, Inc. until August 28, 2026, to facilitate a smooth transition of his responsibilities. Following Mr. Nelson's departure, Brent Shuman has been appointed as the Interim President of RPG. Mr. Shuman brings 22 years of experience from RPG, where he most recently held the position of Senior Vice President and Director of Product Operations. RPG, a division of Republic Bank & Trust Company, specializes in nationwide consumer loan and deposit products.
