Dr. Christopher Lin, a member of the Board of Directors of RBB Bancorp and Royal Business Bank, has announced his retirement. He will step down from both boards effective the Company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders and will not seek re-election. Dr. Lin currently serves on the Board's Audit Committee, Directors Loan Committee, and Community Reinvestment Act Committee.
