Ferrari NV Periodic Report on Share Buyback Program

Ferrari NV has reported on its ongoing share buyback program. Between May 11 and May 15, 2026, the company purchased a total of 71,353 common shares on the Euronext Milan (EXM) and 25,974 common shares on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). The total consideration for these purchases was approximately €31.97 million on EXM and $7.85 million on NYSE. Cumulatively, since the announcement of the second tranche of the multi-year share buyback program and up to May 15, 2026, Ferrari has invested €81.26 million for shares bought on EXM and $11.50 million for shares bought on NYSE. As of May 15, 2026, Ferrari held 17,732,008 common shares in treasury, representing 9.14% of the issued common shares. The company also holds 9.49% of the total issued share capital including special voting shares. The cancellation of treasury shares approved on April 15, 2026, has not yet been finalized.
