Ferrari N.V. Share Buyback Program Update

Ferrari N.V. has provided an update on its share buyback program. Between April 13 and April 17, 2026, the company purchased 39,037 common shares on the Euronext Milan (EXM) as part of the second tranche of its Euro 250 million buyback program. The total consideration for these purchases, excluding fees, was Euro 11,839,834.39, with an average price per share of approximately Euro 303.30. Additionally, on April 16, 2026, Ferrari assigned 95,273 treasury shares and purchased 35,391 shares via a "cross order" transaction for employee share plans. As of April 17, 2026, Ferrari held 17,461,497 common shares in treasury, representing 9.00% of the total issued common shares. Cumulatively, since January 5, 2026, Ferrari has repurchased 924,482 common shares for a total consideration of Euro 272,597,919.43.
