Qnity Electronics, Inc. Annual Stockholder Meeting Results

Qnity Electronics, Inc. held its annual meeting of stockholders on May 21, 2026. The stockholders elected three Class I directors: Karin De Bondt, Byron Green, and Jon Kemp, each to serve until the 2028 annual meeting.
