Transaction in own shares

Prudential plc announced the purchase of 364,010 of its ordinary shares from JP Morgan Securities plc on March 12, 2026. The shares were bought at prices ranging from £10.7400 to £10.9300, with an average price of £10.8282 per share. These repurchased shares are intended to be cancelled, which will reduce the total number of shares in issue to 2,531,796,049. This transaction was conducted in accordance with shareholder authority and relevant stock exchange regulations.
