Transaction in own shares

Prudential plc announced the purchase of 449,197 of its ordinary shares from JP Morgan Securities plc on April 27, 2026. The shares were bought at prices ranging from £11.1800 to £11.3800, with an average price of £11.2415 per share. These repurchased shares are intended to be cancelled, reducing the total number of shares in issue to 2,521,670,925. This transaction was conducted in accordance with shareholder authority and relevant stock exchange regulations.
