Prudential PLC Share Repurchase

Prudential plc announced its repurchase of ordinary shares from JP Morgan Securities plc between May 11 and May 15, 2026. The company purchased a total of 1,275,835 shares on the London Stock Exchange (XLON). These repurchased shares are intended to be cancelled. The company also allotted shares in connection with a scrip dividend alternative and employee share plans. Following these transactions, Prudential plc has 2,523,184,026 shares in issue, with the same number of total voting rights. The repurchases were conducted as on-exchange transactions subject to London Stock Exchange Listing Rules and as on-market purchases under the Hong Kong Code on Share Buy-Backs. Since the commencement of the buy-back program on January 6, 2026, Prudential has repurchased 30,244,552 ordinary shares.
