Peloton Appoints Siddharth Thacker as Chief Financial Officer

Peloton Interactive, Inc. has announced the appointment of Siddharth (“Sid”) Thacker as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective June 22, 2026. Thacker, who previously served as CFO of Rent the Runway, Inc., brings extensive experience in finance, corporate strategy, and driving profitable growth. He will oversee Peloton's global finance organization and corporate strategy, aiming to maintain a disciplined financial approach while pursuing market opportunities. Thacker's compensation package includes an annual base salary of $635,000, an annual cash bonus potential of 60% of his base salary, and equity awards valued at $8,000,000, subject to board approval. He will also be eligible to participate in the Company’s Severance and Change in Control Plan. Saqib Baig will step down as Interim CFO but will continue as Chief Accounting Officer. The appointment is part of Peloton's strategy to ensure disciplined growth and enhance its market position in the fitness and wellness industry.
