Power of Attorney for Section 16 Reporting

This document details a Power of Attorney granted by S. Wade Sheek, Chief Legal Officer of Public Storage, to H. Thomas Boyle, Steven C. Babinski, and Sara Aziz. The attorneys-in-fact are authorized to execute and file necessary documents, including Forms 3, 4, and 5, with the SEC on behalf of Mr. Sheek, as required by Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. This authorization allows for electronic filing of reports related to Mr. Sheek's holdings and transactions in Public Storage securities.
