ParaZero and ThirdEye Systems Sign MOU for Counter-UAS Solution

ParaZero Technologies Ltd. and ThirdEye Systems Ltd. have signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaboratively develop and commercialize a comprehensive Counter-UAS (C-UAS) solution. This integrated system will combine ThirdEye's advanced detection and electro-optical capabilities with ParaZero's DefendAir net-based interception technology. The solution aims to cover the entire C-UAS engagement cycle, from threat detection and identification to analysis, engagement management, and physical interception. Initially, the focus will be on protecting armored vehicles, with potential applications for critical infrastructure and other sensitive assets. The MOU establishes a framework for exploring the development and integration of this technology, with definitive agreements to follow. Both companies expressed confidence in the synergy of their technologies and the value proposition for defense markets.
