Prairie Operating Co. Announces Board Changes and Welcomes New Director

Prairie Operating Co. announced that Stephen Lee has resigned from its Board of Directors, effective July 21, 2026. The company stated that Mr. Lee's resignation was not due to any disagreements regarding company operations, policies, or practices. Concurrently, the Board elected Jennifer Grigsby as a new member to fill the vacancy. Ms. Grigsby is expected to serve as Chair of the Compensation Committee and as a member of the Nominating & Governance Committee and the Audit Committee. She will receive standard compensation for non-employee directors, as previously disclosed. The company also entered into its standard indemnification agreement with Ms. Grigsby. Ms. Grigsby brings extensive experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and governance, having held executive positions at Ascent Resources and Chesapeake Energy Corporation, and previously served as Oklahoma's Secretary of Economic Administration.
