Perpetua Resources Enters $200-220M EPCM Agreement with Hatch for Stibnite Gold Project

Perpetua Resources Corp. announced that its subsidiary, Perpetua Resources Idaho, Inc., entered into an engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) services agreement with Hatch Ltd. for the company's Stibnite Gold Project. The agreement, dated December 18, 2025, covers design, engineering, procurement, construction management, testing, and related services for defined portions of the project. The scope includes the process plant, pressure oxidation facility, on-site infrastructure, utilities, and facilities, with final scope to be determined by February 2026. Hatch will be compensated on a cost-plus basis with hourly labor rates and a performance-based incentive pool. The company anticipates the control budget for the scope will range between $200 million and $220 million based on current assumptions. The agreement includes customary termination provisions allowing termination for cause or convenience, with PRII retaining contractual relationships with vendors. Certain project components are excluded from Hatch's scope, including off-site power transmission, roadway construction, tailings storage facility works, water treatment, and diversion tunnel work.
