Perma-Pipe International Holdings, Inc. Announces Board Appointments

Perma-Pipe International Holdings, Inc. has appointed two new members to its Board of Directors, effective April 8, 2026. Nancy Zakhour has been appointed as an independent director and will serve on the Audit, Compensation, and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. Ms. Zakhour brings extensive experience in renewable energy, oil and gas, and investment banking, with a background in corporate strategy, commercial operations, and advising on financial and strategic transactions. Saleh Sagr, the Company's President and CEO, has also been appointed to the Board. Mr. Sagr has served as President and CEO since June 2025 and has over 30 years of experience in pipeline coating, industrial manufacturing, and international operations. The company highlighted that Ms. Zakhour's expertise will be valuable for long-term growth and that Mr. Sagr's appointment recognizes his accomplishments as CEO. Both appointments are intended to strengthen the Board with diverse perspectives aligned with the global energy transition.
