PDD Holdings Inc. 2025 Annual General Meeting Results

PDD Holdings Inc. held its 2025 Annual General Meeting on December 19, 2025. Shareholders adopted six resolutions, all as ordinary resolutions. These resolutions pertained to the re-election of directors: Mr. Lei Chen, Mr. Jiazhen Zhao, Mr. Anthony Kam Ping Leung, Mr. Haifeng Lin, Dr. Ivonne M.C.M. Rietjens, and Mr. George Yong-Boon Yeo. A total of 5,647,107,492 votes, representing 99.2% of the total outstanding voting power as of November 19, 2025, were present. All re-election proposals passed with a significant majority, ranging from 85.41% to 98.40% of the votes in favor.
