PicoCELA Inc. Announces Executive Changes

PicoCELA Inc. reported significant changes in its executive leadership. Mr. Toshihito Kanai resigned as Chief Technology Officer and Director, effective June 30, 2026, citing personal reasons. Concurrently, the company announced changes to its executive directors' positions, effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Hiroshi Furukawa transitioned from CEO to Chairman, Chief Technology Officer, and Representative Director. Mr. Hideaki Horikiri moved from CFO to President, Chief Operating Officer, and Director. Both Mr. Furukawa and Mr. Horikiri continue to serve as the principal executive officer and principal financial officer, respectively. These changes were approved by the board of directors on June 22, 2026.
