Petrobras Shareholder Remuneration Update for 3Q25

Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras announced on March 16, 2026, the monetary update of shareholder remuneration related to the third quarter of 2025. The second installment of this remuneration, declared based on the September 30, 2025 balance sheet and shareholder position of December 22, 2025, will be paid on March 20, 2026. This payment includes both dividends and interest on capital, with gross amounts per share adjusted by the Selic rate from December 31, 2025, to March 20, 2026. Income tax will be applied to interest on capital and monetary adjustments. Payments will be processed by Banco Bradesco S.A. for shareholders with accounts at the institution and by deposit brokers for those with custody in B3. Holders of American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) will receive their payment starting March 27, 2026, through JP Morgan Chase.
